About TOE

TOE, Titi Omo-Ettu promoted the establishment of B&B Guest House as a post retirement endeavour.
Engr. Titi Omo-Ettu is a veteran telecommunications engineer, entrepreneur, and public advocate whose career has been shaped by Nigeria’s telecom industry transformation.
A 1973 graduate of Electrical Engineering from the University of Lagos, he served for 16 years in the Nigerian Posts & Telecommunications Department (later NITEL) before retiring early in 1990 to launch a telecommunications consultancy.

For over two decades (1993–2014), he served the NCC as consultant in public awareness, industry research, internet applications, and capacity building.
Engr. Omo-Ettu was President of the Association of Telecommunications Companies of Nigeria, founding Chairman of the University of Lagos Faculty of Engineering Alumni Association; Chairman of the Digital Bridge Institute, DBI, and a Life Achievement Award recipient of the Nigerian Academy of Engineering.
Today, he engages in community development at his birthplace while also running the B&B Guest House & Suite in Ijebu-Ode.
